From first time home buyer to luxury home seller, Janet Elwood has handled nearly every kind of real estate transaction, from the most basic to the highly complex. She has over 30 years of experience in real estate and was the managing broker of a residential real estate firm in the Tampa Bay area.

Before joining Coastal Properties Group, she worked in the greater Tampa Bay area in residential real estate and commercial property auctions, sales, leases and management.

Janet is a native of Connecticut and attended Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York. A Florida resident for more than 40 years, Janet has extensive knowledge of the many fine communities the Tampa Bay area has to offer, enabling her to provide the local expertise you need when buying or selling a home. Her thorough understanding of market trends, sales techniques, pricing strategies and lifestyle needs provide the information necessary to make a well-informed decision about your most important investment. Janet served as Vice President of bbre/ESHENBAUGH Commercial Services, Inc. where she specialized in land sales, the leasing and sales of professional office space and the sale of warehouse/industrial facilities. She was also a coordinator for the RTC and FDIC auctions in Florida and nationwide. She is active with the Florida Association of REALTORS® and The Greater Clearwater Board of REALTORS® and has served on Ethics, Political Action and Legislative Committees. Janet has successfully completed courses toward the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), and has been certified with the SFR designation.

Cammie was a CA girl before relocating to Florida several years ago. Cammie’s work and life experiences have given her an appreciation of what makes for great client service - attention to detail, accurate information, and a determination to make sure her clients gets exactly what they want.

Buying or selling a home is a significant financial transaction for most people, and she will work hard to make sure that your needs are met, in as stress-free a manner as possible. Cammie is known for being an extremely conscientious person always willing to go the extra mile to help others. She believes that every transaction and client should be treated with honesty and integrity.

Cammie is the mother of 3 children, and has been very involved in their educations, serving multiple years as an elementary school PTA president, chairing numerous annual gala fundraisers, and running various other volunteering efforts for their schools. When she relocated to Florida she exhaustively researched the Pinellas County school system and understands the trade-offs and options for schooling when you are evaluating neighborhood locations.

She is an avid tennis player, playing on numerous competitive leagues in the area. She also enjoys politics, reading and playing with her family on the beautiful Florida beaches in her free time.

Cammie graduated with honors from the University of Utah in 1993 with a degree in Political Science. Before she was a real estate advisor, Cammie worked in the International Sales Department at Montgomery Securities in San Francisco, CA.

Born and raised in Clearwater, I pride myself on having expert knowledge of the local Real Estate Market. I received my Bachelors degree from St. Pete College in International Business with past work experience including a leasing consultant for Hallkeen Management based out of Boston, Massachusettes and sales support representative for a fortune 500 company located here in the Clearwater area. Having worked behind the scenes managing 150+ real estate advisors with Coastal Properties Group as the Marketing & Promotions Manager for two years I decided to put my  branding and marketing objectives into practice by moving into sales full time and I hit the ground running!

The key to my success is listening to my clients wants and needs and executing top-notch service to find my clients the perfect home, as if it were my own!  From start to finish you will receive hands on guidance every step of the way to ensure a smooth home-buying experience.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am also an animal lover of all sorts, having a large soft spot for dogs, and have been known for rescuing and taking in many abandoned or stray dogs over the years.

Lea has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Kentucky University and worked for several Fortune 500 companies in Product Development and Quality Engineering Management.  She left her position to more aggressively engage in real estate investing and focus on raising her three daughters.

In addition to sharing quality time with her teenage daughters, she enjoys running, tennis and hot yoga.  Her fitness training is a must because she loves good food and great wine.
